Cosmovoc provides AI-driven astrological insights, birth chart generation, and related content based on the data you provide. The information and astrological interpretations provided by the Service are for entertainment, spiritual, and educational purposes only. They should not be used in place of professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. Data Privacy & Security

Your trust is our foundation. By using Cosmovoc, you acknowledge and agree to our strict data practices:

• Zero Data Selling: We do not, under any circumstances, sell, rent, or trade your personal data or astrological charts to third parties or advertisers.
• Minimal Collection: We only collect your email address for account functionality. Passwords are immediately hashed and securely encrypted—we never see or store your plain-text password.
• Data Ownership: Your birth details and generated charts belong to you. They are saved securely on your local device and synced safely with our cloud servers solely for cross-device access and backup.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Shatavo and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the country you reside in and foreign countries.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Shatavo, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
