1. Digital Products and Services
Due to the nature of our digital services, including instant access to premium AI cosmic chat and in-depth AI life reports, we generally do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed and the digital product has been delivered or accessed.
2. Subscription and Premium Services
For any recurring subscriptions or premium AI chat packages, refunds are only provided if:
- There is a critical technical failure on our platform that prevents you from accessing the purchased features.
- You were charged incorrectly due to a billing system error.
Please note that simply changing your mind or disagreeing with the AI's astrological interpretations does not qualify for a refund.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances may occur. If you believe there has been a billing error, or you received a completely inaccurate/corrupted digital report due to a system glitch, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction. Each request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
