Option 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)
The fastest and most secure way to delete your account is directly within the Cosmovoc app. This immediately authenticates your request and begins the deletion process.
Open the Cosmovoc App on your mobile device.
Navigate to the Settings or Profile tab.
Tap on "Delete My Account" at the bottom of the page.
Confirm by selecting "Yes, Delete Everything" when prompted.
Option 2: Email Request
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account and data deletion by contacting our support team. Please note that for security reasons, we may require additional verification to confirm ownership of the account.

Important Notice
Deleting your account is permanent and irreversible. All your saved birth information, personalized charts, and premium report history will be permanently erased from our servers. Any active subscriptions will not be automatically refunded; please manage your app store subscriptions before deleting your account.
